Everyone loves ice cream right?  Well I made you some healthy cookie dough ice cream!  The best part?  This healthy ice cream needs no ice cream maker.

It only takes a few minutes to whip up too!  If you love ice cream, you may also like my cherry chocolate chip ice cream or my strawberry ice cream.

This healthy banana ice cream recipe is very easy to make.  All you need is a blender or a food processor.  It tastes so rich and decadent, but it’s dairy free and healthy!

These healthy cookies are so good and very easy.  From start to finish it’s less than 20 minutes.  No mixer needed!  I think the sweet and salty combo is what make these out of this world delicious.

These peanut butter cookies are vegan, gluten free and grain free.  If you wanted a paleo version, you can use almond butter.  If you needed a nut free version, try using sunflower butter.  I think either will work out.

You have got to try these Flourless Chocolate Brownie Bites!  These are so tasty!  You only need a handful of simple ingredients to make them.

These flourless chocolate brownie bites are very decadent in taste and texture.  Don’t let the avocado in the ingredient list scare you.

You can’t taste them at all.  Just like with my avocado chocolate chip cookies or my fudgy flourless brownies.  I was licking the batter off the spoon!

Raspberry Almond Thumbprint Cookies

If you make anything this weekend, you must make these Raspberry Almond Thumbprint Cookies.  If you have been following my blog for awhile, you know I love adding almond extract to anything I can.  I can seriously smell it all day.  In fact, my favorite lotion has the same scent.  Heavenly!  On Pinterest the other day, I came across a recipe for raspberry almond thumbprints.  I didn’t actually click on the pin, but I did make a mental note to create a recipe for Raspberry Almond Thumbprint Cookies.  They came out delicious!  If you like all things almond flavored, you make also like my flourless almond joy blondies or my almond joy protein bars.
