Flourless Chocolate Cookies (Vegan, Gluten Free)

You have got to try these Flourless Chocolate Cookies!!  Ever since I first tried the peanut butter cookies, I have been wanting to do a chocolate version.

So I finally got around to it and these flourless cookies came out great!  These healthy cookies have a very small ingredient list too.  Only 7 ingredients.  If you like these, then you will also like my flourless toasted coconut caramel cookies or my cinnamon pecan cookies.

These flourless chocolate cookies are so fudgy.  My older daughter Meadow could not stop putting her hands in batter.  I have to admit, I had a few tastes of the batter myself.  We whipped these cookies up in no time and you can too. 🙂

  1. excited to try these for our GFDF house! Can I ask, does the nit utter taste come thru much? Just trying to gauge before making them if they'd work with peppermint extract as choc peppermint is my daughter's favorite, or if the flavor leans more towards the choc/PB flavor? Going to make either way thou! Thanks!
    1. I have a peppermint version of these! If you use cashew butter, it works great. The peppermint flavor comes out more. Here is the link https://mywholefoodlife.com/2014/12/13/chocolate-peppermint-cookies/
  2. Hey! First of all, congrats on your recipes!Along with Oh She Glows, yours may be my favorite food blog. Your ingredients are perfect, none of the "healthy" stuff you get to see some time in recipes, easy language and you appear truthful in posting only food you really enjoy. So keep it up! :) P.S. On the other hand, i was wondering if I could use chickpeas instead P.S.2 Yeah I know people asking can i use this instead of this isn't optimal, but a lot of things work despite not being the thing written in the recipe so I thought Id ask P.S.3 I really hope you have an awesome day! (Or night, depending where you are) (Both actually.)
    1. Thank you!! I am glad you like the recipes. :) Oh She Glows is my favorite. I think you can definitely try these with chickpeas.
  3. Just how terrible do we think these would be with almond butter that is salted? Because that is all I have in the house and I desperately want to make these! ;)
