Grain Free Twix Bars. Twix bars were one of my favorite candy bars back in the day. I already have one twix recipe on my blog, but I wanted to create another one that was grain free with much less ingredients.

That is how I came up with these grain free vegan twix bars.  It was really hard to get a good pic, but I promise you they are delicious!  Super easy too. Only 5 ingredients!

Coconut Chai Ice Cream (Vegan, Paleo)

I love homemade ice cream.  There are so many possibilities.  Today I made some Coconut Chai Ice Cream.  I love that I can control the ingredients.

When you invest in an ice cream maker, it quickly pays for itself if you eat ice cream often. Healthy, dairy free and organic ice cream is so expensive!

This ice cream is easy to make with simple ingredients.  If you like homemade ice cream, you may also like my Pecan Caramel Ice Cream or my Apple Pie Ice Cream.

This ice cream is gluten free and vegan.  You can make it in about 20 minutes. Feel free to add in toppings if you like.  It might be good with some chocolate chips or caramel sauce!

Peanut Butter Cup Muffins

Who doesn’t like peanut butter cups?  Well I made them into muffin form!  I slightly tweaked my recipe for double chocolate donuts for these Peanut Butter Cup Muffins.  These came out super good!  This would make a yummy breakfast for on the go.  There is also a good amount of protein in each muffin.  I made jumbo muffins for the photo, but you can also use standard muffins.

Blueberry Almond Scones (Vegan and Gluten Free)

Blueberry Almond Scones for you today.  A few weeks ago, a came across a recipe for Paleo Blueberry Scones.  It was on the blog Fed and Fit.  She has lots of great recipes!  Definitely check her out!

I have been craving scones for while now.  These were so delicious and I can see so many variations on this recipe in the future.

I love almond extract, so I try and add it whenever I can.  I went so well in these blueberry almond scones.

I also made mine vegan by using flax eggs.  I loved that the original recipe called for cashews as a base.  You all know I love making all my flourless cookie recipes with cashews!
