These chocolate peppermint cookies has a buttery taste/texture without any oil or butter! I added some dark chocolate chips to mine for an extra punch of chocolate goodness. These flourless peppermint cookies are vegan, gluten free and paleo. I hope you enjoy them as much as we did.
