4 Ingredient Key Lime Mousse. This needs to go on your must make list. It’s super simple and perfect for key lime lovers!
This healthy mousse would be great on it’s own, but also delicious as a refreshing dip for fruit. I just love the combo of the coconut and lime together. It’s so perfect.
If you want to pack it with even more key lime flavor, you can add a little bit more zest. I only added 1/2 teaspoon, so feel free to bump it up to a full teaspoon if you like.

4 Ingredient Key Lime Mousse
Ingredients
- 1 can full fat coconut milk, regrigerated overnight (I used Thai Organic)
- 2 T key lime juice
- 1/2 tsp lime zest
- 3 T maple syrup
Instructions
Chill the can of coconut milk overnight in the fridge. Once chilled, open the can and scoop out the fatty white part into a mixing bowl.
Using the whipping attachment on your mixer, whip the coconut milk. Then add the lime juice, zest and maple syrup and continue to whip until you get a mousse-like texture.
Transfer to serving dishes and chill until ready to eat. Enjoy!
