4 Ingredient Flourless Chocolate Cookies

I have a treat for you. Flourless Chocolate Cookies.  These decadent 4 ingredient flourless chocolate cookies are so amazing.  They didn’t even last the day at our house!  We ate the entire batch almost immediately.  Most flourless cookie recipes call for oats and banana.  My flourless cookie recipe has no banana or oats!  This recipe makes a small batch and they also freeze well.

Recipe Notes

Please make sure the cookies have completely cooled before removing them from the baking sheet. I tried to grab one before they were cooled and it crumbled on me. I didn't have that issue when they had cooled. These cookies should last a couple weeks in the fridge. You can also freeze them for longer storage. Enjoy!

  1. I made these a few days ago. I added unsweetened coconut and vegan chips. They are very yummy and 1 cookie is quite filling. Thanks for the recipe!!
  2. Used peanut butter and added orange zest. They are cooling this minute - if the batter was anything to go by they're going to be well tasty
  3. Hi Melissa, I mixed everything in my nutra bullet and turned out to look like chocolate pudding...more creamier than what I see in your pic. Is this ok? Did I mess them up? lol. There in the oven now so not sure how they will turn out.
    1. I only had to pulse mine a few times in the food processor. Maybe the nutra bullet mixed it up too much. Let me know how they turn out.
      1. Hi there, They turned out ok but the thing is I have a new oven and still learning how long to bake things in. 10 min was too much and they were burnt on the bottom. I will now better for next time :)
  4. Just found your site. I have been Gluten Free for 8 weeks. Okay, next question... "How the heck are you doing with that huge change in your diet?" Amazingly well, I have surprised myself. I had severe intestinal cramping and that is completely gone. If it is between a little inconvenience of eating or pain, I will take the inconvenience. It truly is mind over matter. I can't wait to try your recipes. Be in touch later... Thanks for your time and commitment.
  5. I love the flavor in these! Unfortunately mine turned out much flatter than yours... Any ideas as to why? Thanks so much - I love your site!!
      1. I did not use a cookie scoop but I did roll them into balls... I'm wondering if I could cut back a bit on the almond butter. Mine looked a little more wet than yours when I mixed everything in.
  6. delish! I used honey instead of maple syrup. For two other batches I experimented with cashew butter and 1/3 tbsp lemon oil in place of almond and cacao. I tried with orange too oil too. surprisingly good. Thanks for the recipe
  7. Hey Melissa, I made these the other day and loved them but of course they are gone. I just used the last of my maple syrup yesterday in the blueberry banana muffins. What could I use in place of the maple syrup in this recipe and have them taste similar?
  8. Okay super... I just wanted to check before hand... My kids are begging me to make them now and I told them I had no maple syrup. I'll try it with honey.. What the heck :) Thank you for answering my question. Your the best!
  9. Mmmmmmm. Do you think local honey would work as well as maple syrup (it obviously won't be vegan anymore ... I just really love honey)?
  10. Really nice and easy recipe! Soooooo gooood!!! Thanks :) I added both chocolate chips and shredded coconut in mine ;)
